At The Village Bar Cafe

Hull City v Middlesbrough (Football League)

Hull City v Middlesbrough (Football League)

Coverage of the Championship play-off final, which takes place at Wembley Stadium, as two teams compete to be promoted to the Premier League. Middlesbrough have 43 points to their name this season and occupy 2nd position in the table. Hull City have won 38 points to date and are placed in 4th position. The last meeting between the two teams ended with Middlesbrough winning 4-1.

Tottenham Hotspur v Everton (Premier League)

Tottenham Hotspur v Everton (Premier League)

Coverage of the top-flight match at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where a point should be enough to ensure Spurs avoid relegation. After a disastrous campaign, Roberto de Zerbi's men come into today with their fate in their own hands knowing that a victory will guarantee they stay out of the bottom three, while a point combined with a superior goal difference will still see West Ham United relegated, and only a victory for the Hammers coupled with an Everton victory here will see Spurs tumble into the Championship.

Crystal Palace v Arsenal (Premier League)

Crystal Palace v Arsenal (Premier League)

Coverage of the top-flight match at Selhurst Park, where Oliver Glasner takes charge of his last home match as Eagles boss. The Austrian led Palace to their first ever trophy when they beat Manchester City in the FA Cup final last season, which he'll look to add to with the UEFA Conference League final in three days time, so with that in mind, and with Arsenal already having secured the Premier League title, it remains to be seen whether the hosts filed a full-strength team this afternoon

West Ham United v Leeds United (Premier League)

West Ham United v Leeds United (Premier League)

Coverage of the top-flight match from London Stadium, where the hosts need a win to maintain their Premier League status. The Hammers come into today occupying the final relegation place, trailing Spurs by two points in addition to having a vastly inferior goal difference, so even if they do secure all three points they will need to rely on Everton claiming a win at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium if they are to stay in the league.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Manchester United (Premier League)

Brighton & Hove Albion v Manchester United (Premier League)

Coverage of the top-flight match from AMEX Stadium, where a victory for the hosts will guarantee a sixth- or seventh-placed finish and a place in the UEFA Europa League next season. However, they face a Red Devils's team that has been rejuvenated by the short-term appointment of former midfielder Michael Carrick, who is expected to cap off this season by being appointed as the manager on a permanent basis and would love to do so with a win in what is also Casemiro's last appearance for the club

Manchester City v Aston Villa (Premier League)

Manchester City v Aston Villa (Premier League)

Coverage of the top-flight match at Etihad Stadium, in what is widely reported to be Pep Guardiola's last match in charge of City. While the Spaniard does have one year remaining on his contract all signs point towards this being the final game in an illustrious chapter for the club which has seen them win 17 major trophies in a decade, including six Premier League titles, the UEFA Champions League, three FA Cups and five EFL Cups

Liverpool v Brentford (Premier League)

Liverpool v Brentford (Premier League)

Coverage of the top-flight match from Anfield, where the visitors will look to earn a first victory here since 1937. While the Reds have won every home match against the Bees since they returned to the highest level of English football, Keith Andrews' men will draw inspiration from their 3-2 win in the reverse fixture last October.
